REFUND POLICY

We provide our services on the condition that you accept the refund policies and coonditions mentioned here, without modification. The Digi Teck may change these policies at any time, with or without notice. Accordingly, the website should be visited regularly to check the changes to the refund policies. One must understand that by using a Service, one has agreed to the below mentioned refund policies, including any changes :

1) The services of Digi Teck start from the date on which you sign up with us and the payment is realized.

2) In case of failure of our technician to fix your primary issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. This policy is valid only for one-time fix plan.

3) For Yearly support plans, in case you are not satisfied with the services then also you can call us within 30 days and you will be entitled to a partial refund after deducting a minimum technician fee of $149.99 usd.

4) Post 30 days of purchase, if you still remain unsatisfied with the software or our services, please call us to discuss the matter and we look forward to assist in either resolving the issue or processing a refund according to the issues that were not fixed.

5) All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of US/Canada, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

CANCELLATION PERIOD: If Customer would like to cancel the service within 14 days of the purchase of the service, there may be a full or partial refund subject to terms and conditions excluding a one- time registration charge of $149.99.
